New Publication: “Journalism Ethics”

The idea of Internews’ “Journalism Ethics: Cases and Comments” handbook is based on the analysis of cases on violating specific ethical norms and discussions evolved with this respect.

The handbook includes cases not only on Armenia, but also on other CoE member countries. Internews believes expanding the geography allows to analyze the problem in a more advanced and general way and comprehend the common nature of journalistic approaches in various countries. Each case is followed by a comment on professional ethics, role of media and the social responsibility of the journalist. Expert assessments are also presented to guide the reader in various situations.

The handbook may be used in universities and training/professional development courses as a training material for non-formal education.
