Armenian Broadcasters at Golden Beggar Film Festival

Internews Armenia brought to the 10th International Documentary Film Festival of Local Broadcasters “Golden Beggar” several Armenian films. The most successful was the film “Down-and-Out” produced at Kyavar TV company of Gavar and financed by Internews in 2001. Under the initiative of Internews Armenia this film was also put on air of the Romanian Oltenia TV on August 1, 2004.

The most active contributors to Internews’ Ditak program – Karine Simonyan from Ankyun+3 TV company (Alaverdi region of Armenia), Eduard Mkhitaryan from Studio Noemi (Gyumri) and Internews’ producer Armen Sargsyan attended the festival which took place in Slovak city of Kosice, June 2-5.
